is a leader among the largest independent compressor remanufacturers
in the United States. We ship factory direct to customers
throughout North America and overseas.
Since the acquisition by J.B. Powell and a group
of investors in 1974, Dallas Hermetic Company has continued
a tradition of excellence in compressor manufacturing that
began in 1936. Every compressor we sell is completely remanufactured
and run tested.
In 1986, American Envircon, our parent company,
consolidated the operations of its three subsidiaries (Southwest
Compressor, Dealer's A/C Supply, and Dallas Hermetic) to our
present facility at 8305 Sovereign Row, Dallas, Texas. At
the same time all three subsidiaries began operating under
the banner of Dallas Hermetic Company, Inc.
Over the years we have developed a habit of
identifying niche markets of the industry. Through innovative
manufacturing processes, strong partnerships with quality
oriented suppliers, dedication of employees, and a willingness
to help a customer solve problems, we have developed a nationwide
